| Step sideways to your right with your right foot. Your left leg steps right crossing in front of your right leg. Step sideways to your right with your right foot. Your left leg steps right crossing in back of your right leg. Continue this pattern of stepping sideways and lower your heels to the floor with each step. Step to your left with your right leg crossing first in the front and then the back to return to your starting position. Travel sideways to a destination and return along the same path facing the same direction. |

- Rotate between slow motion, your normal speed or double time speed.
- Lift your knees as high as you can.
