Noodle Stair Master

Step on your noodle with your feet shoulder width apart. Raise your left knee up and keep your right foot down. As you lower your left foot, raise your right knee. Continue raising and lowering left and right feet for 30-45 seconds.
Variations:
  • Raise and lower your feet as fast as you can.
  • Raise and lower your feet as slow as you can.
  • Move your feet in a pedaling bike motion.
  • Hold on to the wall for additional support if necessary.
  • Alternate the Stairmaster steps with deep knee bends.
  • Travel forward as you raise and lower alternating feet.
  • Hold your arms motionless as you raise and lower alternating feet.
