I teach a great group of ladies and gentlemen in Naples, FL. One of my favorite water exercise is to get everyone jogging around in a circle. Then you stop, grab a partner and "DO SI DO" around in small circle interlocking arms. Then you switch directions, jog for a few circles ,then stop, grab a partner again and "DO SI DO again. Lots of fun!!!
