I am most impressed with this great piece of equipment.It is more buoyant during noodle riding exercises; more resistant with underwater exercises; more supportive when used for therapy; and much more durable than other noodles currently on the market. Using your leg as a pencil, "print" the letters of the alphabet while keeping your foot and leg under the water. Draw A - M with one leg, then switch legs for N - Z. Skip from the letter O to the letter Q - remember, no "P" in the pool ! For stability, you can hold on to the side of the pool or use a noodle. For extra practice with balance, stand in the pool, and use your arms for balance while you "write". Variations: 1. write the lower-case letters 2. write the letters in cursive 3. use your arms to write instead of your legs Thank you, Lori!!
