Exercise Routine from Amy Roberts of Sarasota, FL

Partner Push - Pull Noodle Rocking Horse
Use one noodle per pair, partner up and face each other. Place the noodle on the surface of the water in waist to chest deep water. One partner holds the ends of the noodle and the other partner holds in the center of the noodle. Using rocking horse legs to create a push/pull motion. Alternate legs for a count to 10 to 20, (depending on your class), then switch hand positions and repeat. Let the rocking fun begin.

I've used this with super Seniors and active intermediate to advanced aerobics classes. It really is a lot of fun.  Thanks Amy!
